YOU ARE WELCOME TO THE BOAT
It starts early on the boat. All our boats have furnace hearths. Economical yachts use ice cubes filled with large ice molds for cooling. Yachts with generators have household type refrigerators and deep freezers.
Communication: There is a VHF marine radio and some mobile phones on each boat to communicate between the boats and the coast stations. If you get your own mobile phone on vacation, your phone will usually be in coverage when the boat is cruising from one bay to another; some will not work in closed circles.
Electricity: Most of the electricity is supplied from the 12 or 24 volt battery. 220 V electricity is only available on generator boats. However, in all other boats there is also the possibility to use 220 V electricity in the evening (usually 2 - 4 nights a week), which is a beach connection.
Cabins: Mostly cabins are Double or Twin beds. Each cabin has its own bathroom and toilet. Do not throw toilet paper - hair - garbage - butts etc. Smoking is prohibited for safety reasons in cabins.
