Every summer season, the yacht chartering season begins for the new season at the end of October (end of October). In contrast to cruise ships and hotels, the earlier you book each yacht, and the possibility that the dates you want to rent are rented by another tenant before you, the sooner you book, the more you will be. Separately, if you do not have a particular yacht in mind, we are offering you more alternatives in the direction of your wishes. And early booking discounts will provide you a good savings separately. But if you do not book this early, you will not find any available yachts. You can even book a day before the date you want to book. Last-minute discounts are also available for such recent rentals.

The yacht chartering process begins when you first communicate with us, when your vacation ends and you return to your haneness.

1. Yacht Charter Request

You can check out our yachts on our website and send your requests to us using our contact modules for the yachts / yachts you like. Your requests will be responded to within 24 hours. When using these forms, please indicate whether you would like to contact us by phone or email. You can also call us directly for our working hours and ask for suggestions from us. Our GMT + 2 office hours are 09:00 am to 22:00 pm in the morning.

After your request has arrived, you will receive an e-mail with details of the yacht alternatives available from us. First of all, these alternatives will suddenly determine the best ones for you, and you can get an idea from us about which one is better for you. Our sales representatives will guide you in the best way.

Once we have decided on the right bed, we can go to the second level.

2. Detailed Decision and Yacht Charter Contract

Details of the route, food and drink to be followed, special events, airport transfer details will be prepared in line with your requests and a yacht charter contract will be prepared. Although all details are stated in the contract, the route details to change start and end points, food and drink details, organization and transfer details can be changed in the direction of your requests until the last minute.

We will email you the yacht charter contract, which will be finalized and signed by us. You need to take this contract out of print and send it back by e-mail or document by signing it.

For the contract to be valid, 40% of the total rental price must be paid by bank transfer. If you want to give a final confirmation to the tour that we have gotten the receipt of the payment receipt, we will be rented to you on the dates that you wish to stay.

Cancellation and Return Policy

You may want to cancel your tour for a random reason, or you may want to have a different date. If you have not received any other yacht on the dates you want to change, we will be happy to help you.

In case of cancellation of rentals, our cancellation policy is as follows. From the tour date;

For cancellations made for 90 days and up to 25% of the prepayment

89 - For cancellations made 60 days before, 50% of the pre-payment

59 - 75% of prepayment for cancellations made for 40 days before

100% of the total amount of payments made for 39-0 days

The cancellation fee is collected.

This cancellation policy is being implemented by all yacht owners and agencies, since each yacht is only one and it is difficult to sell the same dates near the tour dates.

In contrast, disease, destruction, war, etc., 100% reimbursement can be made in the condition of obtaining the approval of the yacht owner by negotiating with the owner of the rented yacht in goodwill relationship. However, this decision is entirely at the discretion of the yacht owner.

3. Turnover

If you want to transfer airports from our company, we will meet you at the airport of turun. If your flight time is early at the start of your turn, you can organize an event for your stay, or you can take a free city tour, leaving your suitcases at one of our offices.

As soon as the tour starts, our team will finish all the preparations for the yacht and start your tour. It does not come to the conclusion that you are finishing our responsibility to enter your bed you have rented. During your rental period, you can forward all your requests to the customer representative directly or through the yacht captain.

At the end of the rental period, if determined, one of our vehicles for transfer will pick you up and take you to the airport.
